She’s the founder of a print and online magazine called Jasad (“Body”).
It’s the first erotic magazine published in Arabic for women in the Islamic world.

That's phenomenal -- just last month it was bemoaned how cowardly most male Arab intellectuals had become in face of oppression.

Some people weren't entirely happy with her take on people who wear the hijab as a deliberate religious choice/to piss their parents off/etc, but generally she is awesome.
