There's not going to be a fight over the house thank goodness (the paperwork is still at the house though, as are my copies). He's not an asshole and has decided he just wants to move out and wants not to live there any more (now he says he wants to live in the freaking countryside). I'm getting a lodger in to pay the bills and he's going to rent somewhere until I can get a loan off my father to buy him out. Could be worse, but I'm still a fucking wreck every time I see him, the cowardly shit.
