I am as usual, uncertain whether I'm getting justifiably angry or unjustifiably angry.

Okay, so what do you do when you have a friend who has really bad social anxiety (so bad they can't leave the house unless they are going somewhere they feel safe with people they feel safe with), but appears to use it as an excuse to be somewhat rude and demanding - never says "please" "thank you" or "sorry"? I am afraid I got very angry with him after he forgot something that meant I had to drive a long way back somewhere to return it. He then proceeded to pay his part of the money for the drive, and flee to have a panic attack (apparently). I didn't really want to have precipitated this, but I am not sure if the fact he didn't explain himself or apologise was because he was paralysed with panic or because he's just not used to doing so...

ETA: Also I am Bergeracking for Roxanne and Christian again. Dopamine and serotonin keep gaying on their ungay.
